Advice about the project

Good afternoon, As can be seen in the attached file, the foundation system of our reinforced concrete structure, which will be used as a residence with 14 floors in total, has been chosen as pile foundation. The raft foundation depth has been taken as 150 cm. The raft foundation ground safety stress and the bearing coefficient are 0. (with the purpose of carrying the entire system by piles) The whole system was resolved without any problems, but the raft foundation reinforcements are constantly insufficient. What is recommended to do in this case.
In the project you sent, the raft reinforcement axles worked at minimum. If your raft height is 150 cm, the minimum that can be thrown The reinforcement has been calculated. To solve the As(-) problem, larger reinforcement diameters must be selected in the Raft Rebar Selection dialog Notes: The mesh does not form correctly in the D1306 and D1307 slabs on the -12th floor. Connect the K1307 beam at the joint points of P1302 and P1304. -Pile foundation elevations incompatible with the ground layer Total height of the ground layers from zero elevation t It should be given to cover the entire pile height. -It is seen that the bearing capacity of the piles is insufficient. (See Pile General Report)

Hello, We have a reinforced concrete building project with a total of 14 floors and 1 floor basement. When we look at the beam expansion of the beams on the A axis in our project, while the beam reinforcements are continuous, it is seen that the beam reinforcements are finished in the S3D column in the beam expansion of the continuous beams on the D axis, which is symmetry. Does this constitute an error as a calculation? Or how can this be fixed? I will be glad if you help.

I could not get rid of the column beam connection safety errors in my project. I changed the column dimensions, misalignment, beam support locations as the architecture allowed. Problems still persist, except for a few. I couldn't get rid of the error in the D08 slab in the basement, even though I did all the suggestions in the form. I would appreciate it if you could help me

There are a few errors in my project that I have been dealing with for days There are a few errors in my project, actually I solved the project with a few curtains, but when the customer said that there is a shop, he will rent it to places like shock bim, there will be problems in this way, I try to solve it again and I am having problems with the project. we transfer link:

your opinions and solution suggestions are very important to me, thank you...

Re: There are a few mistakes in my project that I have been dealing with for days Hello My Suggestions: --Make the concrete value C30, --K14-K16-K17-K8-K10-K11 beams on the ventilation and there is a cable duct the ventilation and cable duct do not come over the beams, --Relative floor drifts are high If curtain does not save the elevator environment, Make a curtain group around the stairs , - -If it will be a shopping store, increase the 1st basement ceiling movable loads, -Your floor class may not save the floor after the ZE curtain additions, then you can make floor improvement . Good day. I can't find a solution to the shear forces on 1 and 4 axis, almost full frame system, can you help? I'm leaving the download link.
Make a solution by grouping the curtains in the middle. Ünver ÖZCAN

How do you mean as a group?

thank you. Can you tell me where exactly the error is and how did you fix it? Should it be solved semi-rigid or fully rigid? Also, when I have the analysis done again, the 4 axis beams are giving an error again, am I doing something wrong, I have the downloaded file analyzed, it just gave an error Note: it gave the error in fully rigid, no problem in semi-rigid.

What are my mistakes? Hello, Attached is a static project that I have made for trial purposes. I would like to know what are my shortcomings and mistakes. I would be glad if experienced friends in the program help me and tell me my mistakes Also 1- After the analysis, there was a lack of reinforcement, I changed the reinforcements. The problem seems to be solved, but I read something on the forum and now I could not find the same page, an answer was written that the program does not perform the same checks when we change the accessories. For that reason, it seemed enough to solve the problem, or if the program hardware changed, I did not do the same checks, how can I find out? 2- How do I define the roof load and wind load? 3- I have a ground survey report. What should I enter into the program from this report? Is it enough to do the analysis auxiliary steps of the program? Because the safety stress of the ground, the carrying power of the ground, etc. Do I need to enter the concepts separately? Or is it sufficient to do the 2918 analysis auxiliary steps? I'll be happy if you can help me. Thank you very much in advance. Note: Since the file is larger than 4 mb, I threw it in 2 parts for your information.

relative story offset Hello, I'm new to project drawing. I can't go through the errors in the project. I haven't been able to solve the relative floor drift problem. I am getting error from different columns. I would appreciate if you could help me...

Re: relative story drift Hello My suggestion; Add curtains around the stairs and elevator shaft. Solve as a group. You make a raft foundation under it. Unver ÖZCAN

RADYE BASIC ADDITIONAL REINFORCEMENT PROBLEM good day, in my project that I have attached, the raft basically throws additional reinforcement in only 1 region with 4 cm intervals and I could not solve it in any way. I would be very glad if anyone can help.

questions cannot be answered, no one is interested. If I could make up for my deficiencies, I would have taken them to the institution, but I think it would be more correct to choose another program because of this lack of interest.

What you said is not correct. Demo user before. you asked a question about using the program, and got a response

One of the other programs you mentioned stated that technical support will not be provided on its forum site (even if you are a user) and said that the forum site is intended for users to share information among themselves. The other program does not have a public forum site anyway. Nearly 8000 members asked more than 6000 questions and more than 30000 answers were given.
