Opinions questions about the use of Reinforced Concrete Design

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions
Hi OguzhanSoydas --Check Ritz method --1. remove the flood marks of the curtains in the basement. IT IS SOLVING BUT IF IT WAS ME; My suggestions --Build on the embankment, --I avoid stepping on the foundation of the building --Ladder bracing is missing, it's not a customary practice to sit on a console on the mezzanine inside the building --Check the wall loads --Let the beams center on the columns, not more than d/2 -- make the narrow side of the columns 30 cm --Correct errors in geometry control Take it easy Ünver ÖZCAN
Thank you, you have been very helpful. Good work.

Re: Opinions and questions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 Hello. In my project, I change the column size from the properties tab, but it undoes itself. For example, for a 30*50 column, I write 50 instead of 30 as the width measure, after 1-2 seconds, it automatically writes 30 again. Another problem I have is that when I entered the defined offset value for 25*50 beam as 10 cm, the space key was 10 in the old version and 15 when I press the space key in the new version, the offset value changes as top-middle-bottom. I'll be happy if you're part of it. ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8.504 full version, Windows 10 64 bit operating system.

Hello, Our status notes about the change of beam misalignment will be fixed in the next version. After installing teamviewer for the problem with changing column dimensions If you call our Istanbul office, we can look at it remotely.

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Hello, your scaffold macro is tiring my computer. In addition, I am experiencing excessive hang-ups during the process, as a result, unfortunately, it moves away from usability. Attached is a screenshot of CPU usage during analysis. I also suspect that the data entry is incorrect. I would be glad if you help. As a note, my computer specs are; i7 4720HQ 8 core, 256 gb samsung evo 850 hhd nvidea geforce gtx 960M Wndows 10 64 bit operating system

Re: Opinions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions When the shear walls are modeled as a shell, the calculation effects are not calculated in the time history domain, when they are not modeled as a shell, they are calculated as PZ70 in the attached SS and PZ71 as a shell...

Re: opinions and questions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 Hello; In the image you sent about your pier project, there is no continuation such as _pier_project in the project name. As you can see in the attached images, the program gives a warning when you enter the scaffolding and saves the scaffolding project by naming it. Did you perform this operation? It looks like your reinforced concrete project is being analyzed from the steps in the analysis list in the image? Can you share your scaffolding project? It seems difficult to determine where the problem originates from without the project. If you wish, you can also send it to the technical support e-mail? Good work.

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Why does it not give an error even though the existing reinforcement area in the column is less than required, is there a problem with my settings?

In the project settings You may have given tolerance in the load-safety section.Otherwise, if you add the project, we can take a look.

Yes, it was due to tolerance. thanks.

Hello, Yes, A 64-bit operating system is required.

Converting to Old Version... Hello friends, good work... When I try to convert a project to an old version and open it, it does not open.

Re: Opinions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Although there is sufficient reinforcement in some beams, it shows that there is missing reinforcement. In the Reinforced Concrete-Beam S tab, the reinforcements are also sufficient in the Reinforced Concrete Configuration section. Although the same type of beam is on many floors, only a few floor gives this error. While a beam with the same reinforcement saves on one floor, it does not seem to save on another floor. It shows as an error in the report.

Hi guys, good work... When I try to convert a project to an old version and open it, it doesn't open. Has anyone encountered such a problem...
Hello, There may be steel sections defined in the building tree in your project. Delete these sections and save them as the old version. If the problem is not resolved, add the project file. Good work

Try solving the problem by increasing the diameter and decreasing the spacing. If the problem is not solved, attach the project file. Good work

Mr. Levent As you said, I Deleted the Steel Sections. The Project Has Been Opened Thank you, Regards...

Re: Opinions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Hello, as a result of the analysis in our project, which we designed, there is no problem for all columns in the "CUTTING SAFETY OF COLUMN BEAM JOINT ZONES" report. (Vmax>Ve) But under Analysis System Display Options > Reinforced Concrete Design > Column-Beam Joint Insecurity some beams are in red.

Hello, Consider Report and Reinforced Concrete dialog, It's like a visual issue Thank you for your report.

Re: opinions questions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 Hello. Can we solve the flooring system seen in the picture in idecad? If we can solve it, what path do we follow?
