It may be a project-based error, if you have defined joints in fast mode, enter the properties of any combination and check whether the joint appears correctly between the column and beam in the small image on the right in the joint's own menu. If your regulation is TS EN, no combination calculation is made, so the program may be crashing, change the regulation. If the regulation is not a problem, if the column-beam combination does not appear to be geometrically correct on the small joint screen I mentioned above, remove the connections, disable the quick wood and define the connections by first selecting the column and then the beam. When you enter the combinations in the submenu on the screen, the steps you need to do are written, you can use it as a help. Arrangements have been made so that your diagonals will fit on the beams and come to the honeycomb beam head, not into the gaps due to the honeycomb beam.
