Advice about the project

Hello, what can be done about columns and curtains that do not save for my project? I could not reach the solution with the operations I have done. How can I fix the error in the curtain group arm image shown in the picture? and are the 120 cm low floor element definitions in the other picture correct? I want to know what is the right solution for the columns and curtains that I gave - jeans, + jeans in that part. I am waiting for your advice, thank you.

Hello, if you add the project file, we will examine it.
My first link is my project file, is it not opening?

Hello, Project If you attach the file, we will examine it.
My first link is my project file, can't it open?
I reached your project. -Edit the misalignment of the K174 beam connected to your short curtain as 79.9 cm. The problem will be fixed. -DP7-8 on the ground floor in the low floor area- Define bulkheads 9-11-12-13 and the columns in between at floor height Define the same column and basement bulkheads on the 1st floor and arrange their upper levels appropriately. beam-shaped modeling option can be considered) Some other determinations and suggestions; -Modelling the dilatations in separate project files. It would be appropriate to choose the carrier system type (R) and to make the rollover controls separately for each block. . -P02 and P04 curtains can be defined as short header curtains. - Floor live loads seem to be 1.5-2 tf/m2. -Frequently asked questions document 9th article can be examined for the solution of joint cutting safety problems.

-For solving curtain group capacity problems; The thickness of the curtains in the curtain group or their length in the plan can be increased, the reinforcements of the curtain head region can be increased. -For the solution of cutting safety problems in columns; And if the design shear force exceeds the Vmax value, which must be controlled as per the regulation, the cross-section dimensions can be enlarged, higher strength concrete can be used, etc. If the shearing capacity Vr is less than the design shear force; In the Reinforcement Selection dialog, the diameters of the transverse (for stirrup selection) that can be used for the relevant element can be increased, higher strength concrete can be used, column sizes can be enlarged, etc.

Re: Insufficient slab or faulty slab axis I am basically getting this error on the raft, it shows more than one faulty slab. But when I try to find the object, I get a not found warning. Can you help with my project?

The raft basically shows this error. It shows more than one faulty slab. However, when I search for the object, I get a not found warning. It can be helpful for my project Are you getting this message because of misidentified rafts in the project? To delete the faulty tiles; -Run the "Geometry Check" command in architectural mode. In the dialog that opens, select the line "Insufficient slab or faulty tile axis". Click on the "Select Object" line Click the plan window with the left mouse button. Press the "Delete" button on the keyboard. Incorrectly defined tile/slabs will be deleted. Or; -Click the Raft command. -Click the "Select All" command. All the rafts will be selected. -The "delete" button from the keyboard Press. Selected rafts will be deleted. -Redefine the raft foundation in the project. The project in which faulty rafts are deleted is attached. Some notes: -According to TBDY 2018 article 3.3.1.1.a), it is not appropriate to consider the basement floor as rigid is -The elevations of the P21-23-24 curtains in the basement are not compatible with the raft. - It would be appropriate to mark the curtains that are in the basement floor and do not continue to the upper floor as "subbasement/curtain that does not continue to the upper floor". - It would be appropriate to select the carrier system type A11 in the TBDY wizard. Good work

Thank you for your advice. I also want to solve the semi-rigid analysis, but it took more than 3 hours. I guess this time will be waited for any change. For now, I am working fully rigid so that it does not slow me down. Will it be like this?

In order to shorten the analysis time in semi-rigid solution, you can enlarge the finite element widths of slab, curtain, raft and reduce it in the analysis for the final design. Also, when you solve the dilatations in separate project files, the analysis time will be shortened.

Hello, the project does not pass inspection due to the floor gaps I made for balcony flooring reinforcements and steel stairs. Can you give suggestions? Please

can anyone take a look? what about?

Hello there; - Select the reinforcement type of the slab for which you have opened the stairwell, as Alt+Top flat for X and Y directions - For balconies, select the reinforcement type as Kolsol reinforcement in the short direction and Alt+Top flat in the long direction. Your map does not match. For example, examine the reinforcement arrangement of the balcony and stair floors in the attached sheet. Best regards.

thank you very much

I get the following errors in a very simple 1-storey building Hello, I keep getting the same errors for some reason in a very simple 1-storey project, it's the first time I've had it, you can see the errors in the attachment. I would appreciate it if you could help me.

Hi, for some reason, I keep getting the same errors in a very simple 1-storey project, it's the first time I've had it happen to me, you can see the errors in the attachment, I would be glad if you could help me. , -In the report picture you added; The cause and solution of the error message on the 1st and 2nd lines; -Ductility level was selected as limited in the TBDY wizard in the project Earthquake Design Class DTS=3 and DTS= If the Structural system type is selected as A33 in buildings other than 4, the condition Total Mdev>0.75Mo must be satisfied according to Equation 4.3 referred to in Article 4.3.4.7 The reason and solution of the error message on the 3rd line; -The carrier system type is selected A33 in the X direction, but there is no curtain in the X direction. A31 must be selected (If A31 cannot be selected in the TBDY wizard, it means that the regulation does not allow) The reason and solution of the error message on the 4th line;[/ b] One of the conditions specified in item 4.3.2.4.a) and b) in the Y direction is not met Analysis settings/TBDY Selected In the attachments tab, the line "Apply (4/5)R" must be checked. According to the picture you added, select the Ductility level "High", the Structural system type A11 in the X direction and A15 in the Y direction in the TBDY Wizard in your project. In this case, you will not receive the error messages in the first 3 lines. If you attach the project file, we will examine it in more detail.

Re: Errors Thank you for your answer, but I tried every way possible, the ductility level does not need to be limited, I get the same error at every ductility level, there is no change. I can't select a31. Unfortunately, I left the file attached. I would appreciate if you tell me when there is, thank you, the size of the file is 17 mb. How can I upload it?

You can upload it to a website and give the link.

Re: Errors Although there is no curtain in my X direction, it acts as if there is a curtain, so I had to choose a15. Shouldn't I use the "apply (4/5)R" option in fully screened structures? I marked my subbasement curtains as subbasement, but you may see them as normal curtains, you can find the file from the link.

P24 curtain in X direction is not marked as sub-basement. Mark as "curtain that does not continue on all floors". Select the structural system type A11 in the X direction. In the Analysis Settings / TBDY options tab, do not mark the line "apply (4/5)R" for the X direction. For the solution of Column Beam Joint Shear Safety(B) problems "Frequently asked questions and answers document 9, you can review the document. (Checking the "Apply TS 500 redistribution clause" option in the Analysis Settings/Load Security tab may contribute to the solution.)
