Opinions questions about using ideCAD Static 7

In the program, the concrete cover is written as 4 cm in the reinforced concrete parameters, for example, in columns and beams, but it always shows 2.5 cm in the reports. Also, in which calculations is this concrete cover deducted from the cross section. Concrete cover is deducted in the beam reinforcement ratio calculation. Moments of inertia are the full cross-section It calculates a cutting area of 1333.33 cm2 for a 4 cm concrete cover in a 40x40 column.
Hello, there are two separate definitions in TS500 as "concrete cover" and "net concrete cover". According to these definitions, the program includes "concrete cover". It takes the " value from the parameters. In the reports, it writes "net concrete cover" and prints the "net concrete cover" value and makes the drawings accordingly. The value taken in accordance with the "concrete cover" definition is used in reinforced concrete calculations. The net size is used without deducting the concrete cover or the net concrete cover value, such as cutting area=5 *40*40/6 =1333.33 cm2 or moment of inertia = 40*40*40*40/12 = 213333.33 cm4...

How do I transfer the wall and floor loads that I assigned to the load library in one project to another project?

Hello, Load libraries are kept on a project basis, so they are not transferred to the current project. However, do not save the load libraries you created as a template project. and you can use it in new projects. Good work

Hello, The roof of the attached project will be arranged as a steel frame, and a steel roof will be connected to each column. I have not done this type of structure before and I can't think much about it. I would be grateful if you would indicate your opinions and shortcomings. Good work. Download link:

Greetings, Can we look at the base shear force diagram under the Shears from the structure tree?
If the shear is defined as a bar element, the corresponding loading combination is "Frame Results/Shear Force 2-2 and Shear Force 3". With -3"; If the shear wall is modeled as a shell, you can see the shear force diagrams on the basis of finite elements in the "Compound shell results" in the relevant loading combination. Also, the V2i and V3j values in the panel reinforced concrete at the relevant floor and the total PT values under the Shear Shear Force control title in the Earthquake Code general report also given numerically. Good work

Instead of posting under an old staircase, I'm posting it here. There are definitely renovation works related to the staircase drawing, but to talk about the current version; I'm getting really tired of a bunch of interlocking, unrelated blocks. It's a lot of work in 2d editing. When I explode all the blocks, I encounter a lot of other problems. Please quickly change the blocking logic on the ladder in a short time. So much so that even two drawings of stairs on one floor seem to be blocking each other. Also; I may have written similar things before. It would be much more beautiful if we could draw the staircase together with the axle, column and beam around it. ....there was a command in the CAD program. You choose a rectangle. It takes the inside of the rectangle, everything else is trimmed and erased. With such a method, the section selected from the formwork plan with a rectangle can be the plan of the staircase detail. In addition, I think that it should be able to be drawn in the stair formwork plan drawings in 3d (m1-m2 etc. with its name). I have no doubt that you are doing a study on these, but I still felt the need to write with the thought that it could create an idea. Good luck with.

Good day, I want to ask, somehow our company name is wrongly entered in the license record. And now it appears in all reports like this. Do we have a chance to change that? If yes, where can I do it? Thanks in advance

When the lock reaches us, it will be sent back to you by cargo within the same day by performing the desired action. The topic has been moved under the title of ideCAD Static because it was entered under the wrong title.... is the amount of kipper also taken into account in iron quantity? URGENT!!!

Yes agree...

When we solve the stairs together with the structure, it is not written in the beam reports which load is due to the ladder. It just says live and fixed load. The name of the stair floor is not written. How do we explain this to the project controls...?

Can I get the opinions of my elders who can give me an idea about connecting the elevator core to the building and designing a foundation for this core in the project I have attached? by the way i'm thinking of making the foundation the foundation

Guys, I want to get your opinion on something. A friend who has municipal control on one of my projects turned my project down. The project is a B+4-storey rectangular building. The reason is that the Alpha S value in the X direction is less than 0.40 in the system consisting of a high ductility level curtain and frame. (0.16) He says that even though I try to explain to the friend that the system is ductile, not mixed, we set such a rule. I would either increase the curtains in the X direction or convert the existing curtains to a column and get the R coefficient of 8... What is the benefit of converting the curtain to a column and taking R to 8 for the system... Is there such a logic!!!?

The program does not control the Earthquake Code 3.4.3.1 (a) requirement (Beam mounting reinforcement cannot be less than 1/4 of the larger of the support upper reinforcement at both ends) or there is a mistake. At first, I thought it didn't give an error when I changed the accessories manually, but it doesn't check it either. In the picture 4Q16 ialve (8.04 cm2) + 2Q12 assembly (2.26 cm2) assembly = 10.3 cm2 Assembly Reinforcement 2Q12 = 2.26 cm2 10.3 / 2.26 = 0.219 < 0.250 For your information.

Hello, With the existing reinforcement However, the program looks at the 1/4 condition using the reinforcement corresponding to either the calculation moment or the minimum reinforcement condition.(RequiredAs)... See the Forces reinforcement areas tab.(RequiredAs/4) meets the mounting reinforcement.Good work

I want to model some large columns as shells, but the regulation verifications and sizing should be done as columns. Thanks
