Hakan Bey, in previous versions, when it was asked what is the right button, explanations were coming out. . a few friends have stated the same problem by the way... good work
Hello, What is this help has been removed because it is not compatible with 64 bit program structure. Instead, it has been edited so that help will come when F1 key is pressed in dialogs. Work is also being carried out for commands and dialogs that have not yet been made...

Can you make a video that shows that we can use the non-linear performance analysis method in performance analysis, that is, we can do the analysis with that method.. Because linear performance analysis is very rigid...

Possibility of performance analysis with non-linear method in the program not available at the moment.

We would be very happy if you could put the command again as "continuous foundation eccentricities" that we used before in the idea. While drawing objects (continuous basis), it changes very slowly when entering eccentricity in the space key

It's not slowness but "non-refreshing". When you move the cursor at the same time while pressing the space key, you will see that offset changes immediately. ..

I think there are some problems in the program, it gives many errors and closes out of the blue... especially when creating a drawing, it suddenly crashes and closes...

Hello, in ideCAD Static version 7.014, when we edit and lock the rib reinforcements, and perform analysis, it deletes the reinforcement in locked ribs and a reinforcement error occurs in locked ribs. After the analysis, we need to make corrections again. Hope it will be fixed in new versions.

Could you share in detail the project you are having trouble with and the scenario where the problem occurs? ?

HELLO... RIBBON DEFINED ON THE CASSETTE, IF INSERTED IN A BEAM NOT PARALLEL TO THE XY PLANE, MOMENTS 0(ZERO) APPEAR ON THE CALCULATION OUTPUT. TO YOUR INFORMATION, the same object
Define the ribs as cassette objects for continuous.... If both are defined as objects of the same type, then typical teeth must be continuous.

hello In the tutorial videos of version 6, adding external load to an element is shown. When I follow those steps in version 7, when I right-click on the element in the wireframe view, the add uniformly distributed load option does not appear. In short, how do I define external load on the beam in version 7? I will be glad if you help me, good work

Hello, in version 7, to define an external load for any element, you can define the load by selecting the relevant element and using the Add Load line from the right-click menu. You can also change the defined loads with the Change load command.

hi, when my program was in version 6.54, the arial narrow option disappeared in the text section. I'm going to install 7, I didn't bother to see how it would come. I installed 7 and still nothing. what could be the reason?
copy and paste the font you mentioned into the fonts folder under the windows folder. then it exits, nothing to do with the program.
is available in the fonts folder. even in office programs. but it disappeared while using ide as well. I have all the arials, but there is none, how can I do it now? Thank you in advance for your help

The opening moment in the tooth selected as the calculation beam in the y direction in the cassette slab 13 is negative. That's why it shows zero in the report. A positive opening moment is calculated when you select the tooth marked in the picture in the Y direction calculation beam and perform the slab analysis. Note: Point and linear slab loads defined on ribbed and cassette slabs are not taken into account in cassette and rib calculations. I recommend adding these loads to the pavement or live load of the flooring.

When we open a gap in the cassette or ribbed floor, the rib beams are not cut, they continue in the gap, only the slab floor is cut...

Hello, The slab gap is not taken into account in ribs and cassettes at the moment. if it is on the edge of the slab as in the picture you added, you can create this gap by using the slab edge command. However, I think it would be more appropriate to define such gaps by using a beam instead of a beam slab edge so that the rib beam does not work as a console.Good work.

First of all, good night. A timer starts when the program starts calculating. And it writes what operation it does in which second. But sometimes when he makes long calculations (eg, linear static analysis time), he waits by giving the impression of being frozen even though it has been a very long time. We don't know what minute we are in. For example, it appears as 2:49 in the attached image file, but it has been working for over 10 minutes at the time of my writing to you. Maybe he will write the times later, but I don't know how long he has been working now. I have a simple request: We can put the initial system time at the beginning of the account. But if you want to choose the hard one, you can also put a running stopwatch :). Thank you.
