Opinions questions about the use of Reinforced Concrete Design

Re: Opinions and questions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 Please see the attached picture. You can design accordingly.

Re: Opinions and questions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 In my attached project, the D3 slab in the basement floor gives a dc error. can you see how I can fix it (D2 tile on the left is low tile)

When you delete the slab and place it again, the problem is solved. Good work

Re: opinions and questions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 I am writing a few recommendations for future versions, saying good luck; 1-to be able to enter elements by seeing the joint point while in the analysis model image (not full-body) (as in general analysis programs) 2-separating the design with analysis (separating the design as steel and reinforced concrete). 3-to be able to enter reinforced concrete and steel parameters completely (including earthquake parameters) 4-space purlin and r beam and variable cross-section elements, steel ladder, macros for scaffolding 5-to be able to define the coating on every element I want (for example, truss) 6-every macro produced 7-To be able to define prefabricated elements (scissors, purlin, gusset, basket, etc.) for the future.

Re: Opinions and questions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 Mr. Güray, Thank you for your valuable explanation. It would be nice to write the size in the section effects window that appears when the element is clicked. The analysis evaluation screen, which I mentioned a lot in the 7th version, was very nice in the 8th version. Congratulations.

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Hello, I upgraded from version 7 to 8. in the beam wall load tab; When I select defined wall loads by selecting automatic wall height, when I come to the top of the beam with a mouse arrow, the wall load shows as 0. likewise when I untick auto wall load it shows 0. Only the user-defined and automatic wall height combinations display the entered wall load when hovered with the mouse. If there is an explanation about the wall load definition from version 7, I would like to make the correct definition. Good work.

Hello, The defined wall load value is always displayed in the Information box. If the defined value is left 0 on the relevant beam, you may see that value. This is among our notes. Added in version 8 for the examination of wall loads we recommend using our new possibility Reinforced Concrete Design/Data in 3D frame visualization Select Wall loads below. All the walls defined in the project will be painted in different colors and shown to you as a visual list.

Re: Opinions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions I see the absence of an incremental modal analysis method for existing structures in Version 8 as a serious shortcoming for a software of this richness, I hope to see it in future updates as soon as possible. Greetings.

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Hello, I think there should be a default loading condition for lateral soil loading to be defined on basement walls in loading states. Likewise, combinations must be ready.

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions hello, circular columns are not drawn when taking sections. Is it related to settings?

Hello, Circular column is not drawn in views and sections Thank you for your report.

Re: opinions and questions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 hello; My project is in the 1st degree earthquake zone. curtainless, frame solution. In such projects, column-beam cutting error (b error) is very common. I have solved most of them by dealing with individual columns, but I still have columns with b error. I am sending my project in the link. If you can look at the project, you can help me if there is something I missed or did not know. what can i do about the b error in the columns that i cannot fix? (I can't translate the column directions. It doesn't match the architecture.)

Re: Opinions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions One of the issues that I feel lacking in my projects is not drawing the intervals at which the raft additions will be applied. Wouldn't it be nice if we could get a drawing as distance information, that is, this addition will be applied from here to here? My opinion is in this direction.

Re: Opinions on the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Required overlap length increases are not made in the overlap lengths of the column-wall foundation shoots (column and curtain opening drawings) due to elements such as tie beams rising above the foundation level. For your information.

Re: Opinions and questions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 I designed a u-shaped shear in the attached file. There is no slab in the system, I think of it as a retaining wall, but since there is no slab in the system, earthquake loads are not calculated. therefore, there is no data on the earthquake in the system. How can I do earthquake loading on this system?

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions hello, I made a project with idecad8 but I couldn't solve the ladder. I brought the ladder to a point but it wasn't complete. Can you help me?

Re: Opinions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions I don't understand why you had so much trouble with stairs. The attached ladder is a ladder available under the ide's ladder library. There is a slab edge overlap on the ground floor. Balcony and landing floor live loads are faulty.
