What would you like to have in ideCAD Architecture?

I don't know if there is a new version though. If we can see its appearance in the plans in the section section (it can be with an interactive camera :)). To make sure the cut is correct.

Adding the view as a block to the plan has been added, so you can see and control the plan and section together. This feature can also be used to place sections and views while creating site plans.

"Smart ODT" Door/Window Hello.. Doors and windows are called under ODT Door/Window in the Toolbar. When we want to change the properties of the doors or windows used in the project, one by one or collectively "select all" command to select the door and window. We can choose mixed. When we want to change their properties, it takes a lot of time to make the desired change because the doors and windows are selected mixed together.. My suggestion. Doors and windows can be called separately with "Smart ODT" logic according to which type and feature they are. The same suggestion applies to library objects For example: When the sink is clicked, only that type of sink is defined on the project, when the bathtub is clicked only that type of bathtubs, when the seat is clicked, only that type seats etc. In addition: The possibility of "packing" the materials used in the project, library, door, window, scanning, font, etc. optional packaging.

auto-naming Giving the same number to windows and doors of the same type and size. In automatic naming, each window is given a separate number and we have to change them.

Hello Ideyapı, first of all, I would like to congratulate you for the innovations in the last update. I will have a few suggestions for you. Let's determine which independent section belongs to the 1st zone features and as a result, let us write the construction floor area to the halls of the independent sections. Let's add them to the corner of the floor plan, with the data obtained from this, by giving the land m2 in a table such as the floor general settings. We can calculate and create a site list to add to our layouts, or we can also create independent common areas and spaces by creating closed polygons with a route and defining it. 2. When placing or after placing the walls, you can automatically detect the upper and lower elevations on the floors and beams and set your own elevation. There may be an option to automatically place quota. When I select the 3rd wall, a measurement line will appear that I can adjust the distance between it and the other wall. There will be indicators that I can specify whether the ends of this measurement line will be taken from the middle of the wall, under or above it. Let the space grow and shrink in the direction of the unlocked wall when I enter. The picture below may give an idea. 4. A feature can be added to create a rain gutter. 5. If we can group our doors and windows as types, we can change all the properties of any object in the system, such as size, material, door id, with a single change 6. Being able to design a mass or assigning the mass we made in Sketchup 7. Integration with sketchup 8. Material to approach your samples in render quality and we have a shortage in education, I'm looking forward to your training videos. When we choose the closed polygons made with the 9th route, the area can be calculated and printed, or the closed polygons can be converted to the edge of the location 10. The walls are on the occupancy gap line in the interior dimensions 11. Add measures and subtracts feature in free dimensioning Of course, I am aware that doing these is the result of hours of work and effort. One side of those who want, two sides of those who don't :)

I DRAW STONE BUILDINGS, THAT IS RESTORATION - RESTUTUATION PROJECTS. I HAVE DIFFICULTIES WHEN THEY WANT TO 3 D. I THINK IT WOULD BE MUCH BETTER IF ADDITIONS TO HISTORICAL STONE BUILDINGS ARE MADE IN THE MENU. GOOD WORKS

I just started using version 6 (6.54). It's really nice compared to version 5, and I can say that it has left many architectural programs on the market. I especially like the render engine. For now, I would like to write down 3 things that come to my mind that will make things easier. 1. In 3D (perspective) Image There may be a "Hide" hide command for some library elements that slow down the computer while editing the Project. For example, some wall tiling garden elements while rendering the interior. The possibility of hiding the furnishings of the kitchen room etc. from the outdoor renderings 2. Automatic chimney (bird eye can be made from the roof or box cylinder, but different kinds of automatic chimneys can be used? 3. Assigning grooves to the roof surfaces drawn by the command of the roof surface extra: materials are very good It would be nicer to have more defined material that increased the image realism. Best regards..

Hello, 1. To speed up while working in the Perspective window; You can check the box in front of the 3D contour option by selecting all your libraries or just the dense ones and entering their properties. Since these libraries will only be drawn as contours in perspective, your camera movements will speed up considerably. When rendering, it is sufficient to turn off the layer of objects that will not be rendered. Layered objects are not included in the render calculation. If you are going to render from the interior; You can select your outdoor libraries and replace them with a new layer, such as landscape, ktp exterior, with the change object layer command and turn off their layer. As an alternative to doing it with layers, it will be a practical solution to save your project with different names and delete the parts that are not included in the render. 2. I would appreciate it if you could share the plan and section of what type of chimneys you would like. We would like to benefit from your shares and suggestions while designing a chimney mod as you wish. Thank you for your participation and suggestions, we wish you a good work. I just started using

Closing a Layer is something we are used to from foreign cad programs, but I didn't think of it for a moment. I will continue to write the types and other things that come to my mind while working with the program Thank you for your quick replies.

We are waiting for your suggestions...
WHEN WE MAKE AREA MEASUREMENT, WHY CAN'T WE DRAW IT IN POLYGON AND KEEP IT UNTIL THE PROJECT IS FINISHED. WHILE DRAFTING, WE ARE CONTINUOUS TO MAKE FIELD ADJUSTMENTS IN AUTOCAD. WHEN WE DRAW THIS POLYGO AND MAINTAIN OR REDUCE THE AREA, WHEN WE DOUBLE-CLICK AND GIVE THE AREA SIZE, WE WILL GET AWAY FROM AUTOCAD tyranny...

Re: ideCAD Architectural V7 New Version I think the feature of tilting the walls forward or backward will be added in v9 :)))

Re: ideCAD Architectural V7 New Version Hello.. Suggestion: Will there be possibilities such as vaulted roof space, eyelet roof etc. in v7? Good work..

Earsighted roof V6 is a feature I already know.
Dear Curious. There are possibilities such as.."There is no space, eyelet roof etc. on the vaulted roof", By the way, the same in the "dome" situation exists.

1-Adding offset, fillet, chamfer commands on walls.. (same as xxxxxxxx) 2-The program's object capture feature is weak. It should have a more advanced capture feature (for example, it only captures the nodal point on the walls or the direction between two node points), it should be able to capture from both sides of the wall, in the middle (I think there is, but weak), from the parts created by entering numbers or percentages as in xxxxxxxx. 3-I think it should be understood with the xxxxx group :))) An advanced rendering engine like xxxxx should be added... the current rendering engine is terrible..(I still think what tension the camera had... that the camera has only 2 settings :)) ) 4-wall If it passes through a column, the wall does not divide... (fix this quickly) :)) 5-Wall, column, beam etc. should be formed by entering a certain distance from the reference point and shifting it.. Unfortunately, this does not exist... (parall ve There is a perpendicular reference command, but it is not very useful) I am writing these as someone who used xxxxxxxx before and still ... of course both programs have their own pros and cons ... but there are so many things that will add speed and functionality to the program.. . actually I'm spying on you from xxxxxxxxx :))) for example your land controls are 10 over xxxxxxxxx ink :))) for example your profile objects xxxxxxxx e onbasar... don't underestimate what I said... best regards, free elm :))

The v6 render engine does not have any shortcomings/deficiencies. If you can't get efficiency, you can't use it :) If you let us know what you want to do or not, we can discuss it. For example, prepare a scene, export 3ds and render with vray. (Or do the opposite, import the scene you prepared in max into ideCAD.) Take the same scene with the ideCAD render engine, let's examine the differences, let's add what we can't do to the next versions :D "Awful" is a very heavy accusation. Our v6 Render engine is capable of handling any architectural rendering job with very good quality and ease..

First of all, ideCAD Architecture is going through a very serious process of change, and I congratulate all the team and contributors for this. I would like to convey to you the minor changes that I have seen afterwards. 1- While measuring the elevation in the section, it looks in the opposite direction as seen in the picture below. 2- Dimensioning between axis in cross-sectional views can be offered as an option. 3- Adding quality texture libraries for rendering. 4- The case of editing AutoCAD style blocks without losing their integrity. 5- Display of location lists has been very useful. I expect this notation to be used in layers of walls, roofs. 6- All elements on roofs at different elevations (eyelets, chimneys, sections at different elevations resulting from roof geometry) must be included in elevation dimensioning. 7- We should be able to add an Eyelet style chimney to the roofs. 8- When working on a region in the plan, everything other than the other regions (a drawn polygonal region) can be made invisible. 9- Taxes - Taxes status varies from municipality to municipality. Therefore, non-account fields should be introduced to the program. It should be like the floor servitude display in the reports. 10- Live section feature should be added. Interactive sections and views should be able to interact with each other, any change made in one should be revised to all drawings. 11- Parquet etc. for bitmap scans. You can add textures like 12- By calculating the active floor area on the basis of the building's outer boundary within the project (without the need to convert an extra area). 13- Thermal insulation details can be found in the program as blocks. 14- There is an overflow from the paper in the quantities. Good work.

There are many features that should be added to ideRENDER, of course... It knows it very well and increases the quality day by day... We have been informed that the emphasis has been placed on infrastructure for the last few years, the next developments will be more comfortable, faster and exciting, God willing.. With its pros/cons, we have been working with you for years. we are very satisfied... I wish you success and abundance in your work... Thank you İdeYAPI...
