Hello, Modify tab is active in the layer window.To be able to use the Change Object Layer command while in the drawing window You can add to the "Quick Input Toolbar" in the upper left corner for this. To do this, right click on the 1. ribbon menu. Click on "Customize Quick Toolbar". 2. Select Modify from the opened screen and find the "Change Object Layer" command. Click the Add button 3. Then click ok and the command "change object layer" will appear in the upper left corner. Good work
