Opinions questions about the use of Reinforced Concrete Design

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Good work I mentioned a few problems in the projects in the file comments

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Good afternoon, I upgraded from ideCAD 8.504 version to 8.62 version, even if it was drawn in the last version, when I try to open the analysis file, it tries to open it with the 8.504 version and there is an updated version and you need to use a more recent version. I'm getting a warning. I can only open files with the 8.62 shortcut that comes to the desktop with installation and use the open file command from within the program. I didn't have such a problem before, after installing ideArchitecture 8.504 version, I started to have such a problem in the static program. I have the same problem even though I choose the program to use with the open with command or from the file properties. I'll be happy if you can help me. Good work

When you say open with, you must also tick the option I have shown below.

Re: Opinions and questions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 First of all, I wish the Ide family a happy holiday in advance. I have a few suggestions about the new version. 1-) On the model screen, unnecessary clicks are made to go from the floor list to the upper or lower floors. It will be very useful if the up and down floor buttons are added to the ribbon menu that allow direct access to an upper floor and a lower floor. If there is such a feature, I would be happy if you write it. :) 2-) All floors option would be nice as in the mold and column application on the beam expansions tab. It would be nice to be able to choose a floor. 3-) Sometimes we model the stair tower as a masonry wall. It would be nice if there is an option to show the walls drawn with the wall command in the formwork plans. 4-) It would be good if the possibility of exporting the three-dimensional model as IFC is added. 5-) Sometimes, when two-point definition commands such as beam, line, curtain, etc. are required, direction with the mouse and typing distance from the keyboard, the relevant object moves in the opposite direction of the mouse cursor. It doesn't matter if you write a positive or negative value. This problem is annoying sometimes.

Re: Opinions and questions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 Greetings, I noticed a couple of problems in version 8.62. - I customized the quick toolbar. Some commands I added turn into a green ball and lose their function. For example, the mold foundation plan section drawing command. I had to add subtracts again in each pattern plan. - In the Bodrum snow mold plan, the drawing of the parking lot perimeter curtains that protrude outside the building has not been realized. He gave a drawing as if there were no elements between the columns. (These two items came across in the last update.) - Lastly, for beams whose cross-sections have changed, for example, 25/50 deep beam post-column cantilever 50/30 horizontal beam transitions do not give the minimum number of reinforcements for cantilever beam assembly and flat reinforcements. In the consoles, it is designed as reinforcement coming from the left column from the right column, but when the continuation is deep beams, there are 2 reinforcements on the bottom and 2 on the columns coming from the columns. Increasing the number of assembly and flat reinforcement to 4 does not work. I hope I was able to explain. It would be easier to upload a picture or project, but I forgot to take a picture. I may add at the beginning of the week. Good work Sent via iPhone using Tapatalk

I also have this problem randomly. It is fixed when I exit the command, zoom in/out with the mouse wheel and enter the command again.

Re: Opinions and questions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 Sometimes it happens to me too, but I don't remember the order of operations. I record and restart, I do the same, the problem does not appear.

I've reported this problem before. I didn't come across much in 8.62.

You can easily switch between all floors by clicking on the information line at the bottom of the screen. Maybe you know, but it seems very practical to me. Like the attached picture.

Do you want the reinforcements of the horizontal beam to be extended, or is it the classical beam? Both seem past. I really don't understand. You wrote it from mobile. Project or screenshot Without it it will be difficult.

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Hello Friends... IdeCad is not visible in HKY Floor Parameters in the Latest Version. Was it taken to a different place? I couldn't find it...

Hello, Mr. Nedim' In addition to the information provided by "Structure Tree/Drawings", transitions between windows can be made easily.

These requests have been included in our notes for consideration.

We would appreciate if you could attach a sample project file where this problem occurs.

Hello, If you mean the situation in the picture when you mean that some of the commands turn into green balls, this image occurs when the commands do not fit on the screen. Resolution / screen size is not enough or the program working screen may be minimized.Subcommands can be opened and run by clicking the arrow sign under the command.

Hello , Can you provide more detailed information about the condition under which this problem occurred? If necessary, we can also provide remote access to your computer at the time of the problem.

Re: Opinions about using ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions Hello Mr. Levent Many friends in the forum have expressed this problem. Friends who use ide around me also express this problem. So it's not just something that happens on my computer. It's also not always the case. But when it does it gets annoying. When it occurs, the cursor moves to the left when it is on the right, and down when it is up. I have had no problems in other aspects. Although I cannot detect its systematic, I usually encounter this problem in the following situations; 1. After completing the system data entry with all floors; It happens to me in almost every project when I draw the stair arms or landings with the route object to create a staircase, and when I stretch the axes and axis circles on the 4 sides of the drawing with the DN move command after creating one of the 2nd Basic Application / Column Application / Mold Plan drawings. When I cancel the command and enter it again, it sometimes gets better, sometimes it persists. Sometimes we can do what we want by entering the L value in the coordinate box. That's all I can find out about it. Good work...

Re: Opinions about the use of ideCAD Reinforced Concrete 8 questions There is no theoretical and practical way to solve this situation unless we can create it on my computer or another programmer's computer. Or what scenarios we follow to create, for example, if we try to create in 10 15 minutes, what should we do?
