ideCad odt crashes on startup

Hello, idecad odt gives the attached error at startup, what can I do? Thanks

I tried reinstalling the program, same result.

Type MSVCR70.dll in internet search engine and download from any reliable site. Paste the downloaded file into Computer/Local Disk(C/Program Files/ideCAD/ideCAD Architecture7. ideCAD ODT will work.
