idecad 8 error

I am using idecad 8. When I open the program, I get the attached error and it gives a bex64 error and the program closes. I would be glad if you help.
 
What is your video card model and full program version? Either your video card is a very old card, or you are working on a remote access/virtual machine. The program cannot find the advanced opengl features it uses.
 
You didn't write your program version, update both the video card drivers and your ideCAD (to v8.029). We have made some changes in v8.029 so that it can work with video cards that do not have this support, but your video card is a bit old model, (from 2008) even if you overcome the problem, you may not get much efficiency. I'm using idecad 8 version. Most of the library elements are not working; I uninstalled the installation, I reinstalled, nothing changed. I moved the library from the other lower version, nothing changed. I took the library elements out of the file, again nothing changed, I completely uninstalled it again, I reinstalled it, I still get the same error. I am facing the error that the element could not be placed I can't reach the person I want, how can I solve this problem? Best regards
 
Good afternoon, Mr. Ergun, I contacted Bursa about your problem. If you install Team Viewer 8 and contact Bursa, they will look into the problem.
