Draw the rectangular roof, click once on the eaves of the roof you want to change the slope of with the change roof eaves properties command in the floating toolbar in the roof command, set the slope/degrees to 90 in the window that opens. After you have created the gable roof, draw the roof space and the area above the roof you want to remove. In this way, the roof you want will be modeled.
