Top class civil engineering I am a student, my teachers asked me to model an existing building, with its reinforcements, my problem is that in the current project, the elevation of the foundation is -60 and there is a tie beam at its level 0. I did something by thinking myself, I constantly lowered the level of the foundation, then the columns remained in the air, the elevation of the columns was -60 I pulled it, they fit right, I made the tie beam with 0 elevation. The logic of making a tie beam in something I don't understand? Did they do it to raise the level? My request from you is can I build the foundation of the project in accordance with the project? Attached are the autocad static drawings of the building and the idecad file I entered myself.

Turkish I rar the architectural and static project so you can understand it better. My own thought is that they always put tie beams over the foundation to raise the level of the building. Here's the thing I don't understand, how do I do this in idecad? In the static sections, the elevation of the foundation is always -60 cm, the tie beam is 0. As an example, I have sent an idecad file that I have drawn before.
