In the demo version, I cannot work on both the plan and the 3D view at the same time. I can only work in plan or only 3D view mode. When I open 2 images at the same time, only the plan image works. Has anyone encountered this issue or been able to fix it?

If you are using a laptop, some laptops have two cards, one with a low processor and one with a high processor. If available, you can see the high processor card option when you click the right button on the program icon. Select the high processor card and run the program. In any case, we recommend Nvidia GeForce graphics card for efficient work.

Yes I am using a laptop. I started as you said but the problem persisted and I'm already using Nvidia GeForce 1050Ti graphics card. Adding; I noticed this. I can perform functions such as pan and zoom when both pages are open, but since the image is stuck as in the file I shared before, I cannot see the changes I have made until only the 3D image page is open. Addition 2; If you don't have this problem, I would be grateful if you could share your Nvidia control panel settings with me.

Try to run it by clicking the high performance video card option from the right-click menu as in the picture below. If you can't get a result like this, install the latest version of your video card driver. If the problem persists, if you install the TeamViewer program on your computer and call our Bursa Office, we can access the situation remotely.

I have the same problem and I am sending the specs of my graphics card with the picture. When I leave the mouse, I can't see it. 3D. When I click on the top part of the mouse, the image appears. I just see it at that time. I will be very happy if you are interested. What should I do. I can't work. I can only see the plan size. windows 7 ultimates.

Intel video cards are internal video cards and OpenGL support is poor. You may be having problems because of this. In addition, if you are using a laptop, a high-performance graphics card can be found on your computer other than this card. You can try to run it using high performance graphics card.

I couldn't find an answer to my problem (not being able to process in 3d), but can I do something like If I design reinforced concrete in version 7 and open it in version 10, I think it will be enough if I can see everything in 3 dimensions and make corrections comfortably in 7, but if I do what I say, will I have a big problem?

If you want to work on a computer without an external video card, it is not possible to use the Perspective screen effectively. You can open the model you made in version 7 with version 10 and make settings. But my suggestion is to work on a computer with an external video card (it would be better if it is NVIDIA) using version 10.
