Why can't we read NCZ type files? (!?)

I am forwarding a request from some architect friends. They want files in *.ncz format produced by NetCAD software, a mapping program, to be read. In this way, files such as plankote etc. can be accessed directly. Also, I think that since it is a Turkish software, it may be easier to meet. Appreciation and strategy belong to İdeYAPI. NY.
