Viewport issue

Since I'm new to the forum, I wasn't sure where to open the topic, if it's the wrong section, I apologize in advance. I have been using the program for 2 years. I have not had a viewport problem in the program until today. When I changed my operating system and reinstalled the program today, I could not run the axonometric image on the right pocket. my current operating system is Windows 7.pc, the graphics and processor hardware is working smoothly. I request you to share with me if there are friends who have experienced this problem and found the solution.
 
Hi, The problem seems to be related to the performance of your graphics card in windows 7. Generally, the drivers installed by windows 7 are used in the installation. Instead, make software updates from the official site of your video card. This will activate the actual performance of your card. Your problem will most likely be solved. Good work...
