Strengthening

Dear Friends, I am trying to do the retrofit project of a building belonging to a Remi organization. The data has already been prepared. Cores, reinforcements. But I can't get the boost performance. Concrete mean value 8.5 MPa, minimum 5.4, standard deviation 3.2MPa. Just 0.85 or something else is a different situation. A concrete like C4 comes out. The C4 that I know is not concrete but some kind of explosive  In this case, I can't provide the reinforcement performance. What do you suggest. Should I make curtains under all the beams? :D. Shall we build a tunnel or something? Otherwise, how should I report to this organization? Anyone have any ideas, suggestions or something similar?

Hi Nedim, If the building is using it, it means that it carries itself under vertical loads. The structure is standing without horizontal loads. Also, if the places where the core is taken are not closed, I would say look at the sample places somewhere. If a vibrator was not used during the concrete pouring, if the voids or gravel grain diameters are large, low results will still be obtained. If there is such a situation, I would say, do the panel placement solution to meet 85% of the vertical loads of the system. Incoming Horizontal Loads These panels will meet.

There are some drawing errors in the project that I am strengthening. Circular column reinforcement drawing errors and curtain drawing errors are seen. The project is attached. Good work.
