roof settings change request

Greetings, when I want to change the settings of the roofs of two different warehouses side by side, with the command "change / object edit / change roof / roof eave properties" in the first roof, the forehead settings can be 90 degrees, while in the second, it can be up to 75 degrees. We can't do 90 degrees.
 
Good morning, for the 2nd type of roof finish, it is not geometrically possible for the roof surface to form properly at slopes greater than 75 degrees. If you select the 1st or 3rd finish type and apply the command, you can create a gable roof like your right roof. I am sending the version created in the attached cde file. Best regards...
