In TDY it is written that the beam reinforcements can be extended and cut up to 50 ft in the wall, but it is not a mandatory condition. In your project, the length of the wall P02 is less than 50fi and the beam reinforcements are on the opposite wall, P07 and the rebars are curved into the curtain. The beam is supported on both P02 and P07. Therefore, the width control you mentioned may be ignored for this combination.

Have a nice day. No matter what I did in the project I uploaded, the reinforcements of the S11 column are too much. A project with two adjacent sides yields 30-40 reinforcements in a 30/90 column. Very happy if you help. I leave the download link.

Make the beams pendulous in the sections with galleries. Also, make your beams on the other side drooping like 25/60. In addition, you don't need to enter the polygon in the S11 column, after entering it as normal bold, correct it with the trimming method. Calculate the ritz vectors in the modal analysis method.
