First, cancel the steep command if it's on. Then select the axle command. Each time you press the spacebar, the axis command changes type. Horizontal vertical and at any angle. When it comes to any angle position, you can draw an oblique axis by marking two different points or by giving an angle from the coordinate box or by giving the coordinates of the two points by using x, y from the coordinate box.
