MAXIMUM BASE PRESSURE

Hello there; I am getting maximum base pressure error at the raft foundation of a reinforced concrete filled steel structure. When I looked at the report detail, the raft foundation had green ticks for all of them related to the base pressure. But I am getting this error in the report. What is the reason of this? Also, how do I fix this max base pressure error?
 
Hello, There is a rigid basement in your project and the base pressure values printed in the raft foundation finite element results report are not printed, the combined values described in TBDY Section 4.10.1.5(b). This is why all finite elements have a green tick. min. average and max. In the pressure base pressure report, the combined values are printed as explained in TBDY Section 4.10.1.5 (b). Raft foundation max. I can suggest ampatment for the solution of base pressure problems. Project identification and suggestions; The basement curtains were entered in one piece without being attached to the columns. Things to do for steel; 1- Columns and beams on the outer axis of the building should be selected with the moment transmitting command in the analysis and display header. In this process, columns and beams that form a frame and continue along all floors should be selected. After entering the central cross command, the column, beam and cross must be selected as a frame across all floors and the command must be completed. 2- In the spans where central braces are located, the beams are moment-transferring, only in these spans the joints should be slippery.
