Re-installation was required because the computer was formatted. It gives an error after installation from cd... about turkish\data... First of all, what is the state of being able to fix it? Secondly, I downloaded a demo from your site, but it still gives a demo warning even though it is locked. I will be glad if you help
 
Hi, This message indicates that the CD you are using has a reading problem. If the CD is not damaged, wipe it with alcohol (cologne). If the problem persists, we'll send you a new CD. You can call our Bursa office for this. The demo program is set to run unlocked. It is normal for the program to continue working in the demo feature even if you have a lock. Good work

Hello Mr. Ahmet, The error you encountered during the installation may be caused by the scratching of your CD or your CD-Rom drive. The demo you downloaded from our website is of limited use. If you are a 6 Version user, Technical support on our site -- You can download the full installation of 6 Versions by following the links > Download --> Program Updates. Or We can send the installation CD of the version you have to the address you request.

Hello, I have a problem with the installation as well. When I say "end of installation" on the computer I normally use, the computer restarts itself. I wonder why this is. Apart from that, when I try to install it on another computer (laptop, vista installed), the installation completes, but when I try to open the program, it gives an error as "unable to access HASP SRM run-time environment (H0033)". Thanks for your attention, but it didn't work: Q 1. I restarted. did not turn on I disabled the 2nd antivirus, also the windows firewall is turned off. still not opened. I think the link you gave is wrong. It says "page not found".
 
There is no problem with the link. You can download by right click on it, save as different. Uninstall hasp-related programs from the add/remove programs section. Turn the computer on and off. Download and install the hasp program in the link. (keep protection programs turned off at this stage)

could not be downloaded, it says can't connect to server :S Also, there is no prgoram like Hasp in Add-Remove Prgoram. I reinstalled from the cd and it won't load it either. I couldn't understand anything. Do you have any other suggestions, Mr. Hakan?

I downloaded idecad 6 from the idecad site, but the hasp key foun text appears, but the hasp you sent to the forum does not accept it for 5.22

There is no physical deterioration of the lock. Try turning off your anti virus and firewall programs, uninstalling all HASP-related drivers from the control panel and reinstalling them. If it doesn't work, you can contact our Bursa office by voice.
