importing background images

You can add a picture to the plan using the Picture command in the Draw Hello menu. You can select a picture by clicking Browse in the dialog that appears. You can set the width and height and scale.
 
I wonder if it is possible to apply elements such as wall column beams and other structural elements by adding a dwg drawing from autocad or engineer in accordance with the scale in this program.
 
I think the question you asked in another thread is the same as the one you asked here, so I'm copying and pasting the same answer here. You adjust it to the program scale with the scale command, and then; "You can add your project with dwg import, you can convert dwg-drawn lines such as columns, axles, beams, etc. into objects with the / 2D project arrow command[/b] in the Tools menu."
