ide architecture command not working and slowing down

Good day, I have a few problems about architecture. First, when I press the right button, I say change the material properties, but the command is still not active. I tried many objects, the same problem continues. In addition, contractions and strains began in the program. I'm taking the photo rendering, which I took about 1 minute before, in about 5 minutes now. The program seems to have lost its stability. What is the cause and solution for this?
