Cork Flooring Semi-Rigid Solution

There is a two-storey village house project in idecad10. I am doing it as cork flooring, when I try to solve it as semi-rigid, it gives the error that the system cannot be solved. When I solve it fully rigid, there is no problem. I could not understand the reason. can you help me? I am sending an attachment.
 
Hello, according to TBDY 2018 article 4.3.4.4, it is obligatory to use curtains in cork floors, since all the earthquake effects in non-beamed slab floors will be covered by shears. In addition, according to the regulation, cork flooring has to dissolve semi-rigid diaphragm. Since there is no curtain in your model, the program cannot solve it. If you add curtains to your model, you can solve it.
