building entrance staircase

There is a 90 cm basement in our building. There is a 90 cm basement on the raft foundation, but I want to enter the building by climbing 6 steps from the inside by stairs. ... I think you understood my question or I want to create a level difference on the same floor. For example, there is a shop on the ground floor, the height of the shop is 390, and there is an apartment on the same floor, its height is 300, so I want to put a 90 cm subfloor under the flat. What kind of a way should I follow to put a shop without a plinth and a flat with a plinth on a raft foundation on the ground floor? Good luck with...

Re: ENTRANCE LADDER TO THE BUILDING Do you want to make your foundation zero with the ground? This is both above the ground freezing level and you cannot fully reflect the reactions of the superstructure to the ground. Take the basic jeans down.

Re: ENTRANCE LADDER TO THE BUILDING unfortunately we don't have such a chance, this is how we do it here. I have to define a partial subbasement and enter the building from the inside and climb up to 90 cm elevation with 6 steps.

Re: LADDER TO THE ENTRANCE TO THE BUILDING No, you will not make the ground floor height 380. If you look at the floor general settings in the project I sent, you can see that the ground floor elevation is 90 cm and the floor height is 300 cm. It should stay this way. You will switch to the mold plan and draw the floor at 0 level. The program automatically finds the floor height of 90cm (basement) + 300 cm and places the floor at 390 when it is placed at zero elevation. Each slab is placed at the zero of the working floor. For example, on the 5th floor, you cannot enter a level of 15 m from 5*3 on the floor. You go to that floor and draw a zero-level floor. You do not need to enter an extra level if you will not make floors lower than the floor level or raised.
