the currently drawn architectural project, the flat has been sold without even the formwork plan being prepared yet, mashallah, I have been asked to prepare the reinforced concrete, but I have hesitations, I wish you help, the 1st degree earthquake zone is a two-storey building, the insistence that it will necessarily be hollow, with the immorality of using every inch of the land. a broken geometry, I tried to create the system by myself, but I am not comfortable, especially the situation of the S04 arm, because of the architectural boundaries and the effort to use every bit of it, makes me think a lot, + 0.40 basement, 292 cm floor heights, the level of the entrance hall to the apartment is required to be -0.40. I thought it would be appropriate, BZ2-qem=2.0kg/cm2 bedding=4000t/m3, there is no groundwater. earthquake joint will be left on the right and left sides of the mass, is it appropriate to take the R coefficient as lower as 4, my experienced brothers and sisters understand the reason, when looking at the project, warn me if I'm wrong please, is the system I installed is healthy, s04 arm is very hard I think it's the age of the day. Is there a healthier way (or size) to connect these two main beams from different angles instead of doing this with the s04 column (or size) without changing the bad architecture, it would be healthier to design the k9 beam as 25x50, or is this beam section of 55x32 sufficient, normally +0.40 basement For the elevation, I usually draw the basement curtain in the project correction from the upper level of the foundation to the level of the basement, I write the elevations and reinforcements, I do not include the foundation curtains on the raft in the program, but they gave the entry from the -0.40 level, if I accept this elevation as the basic upper level, I should not make a basement curtain in the part of the entrance hall Would it be appropriate and sufficient for me to completely tighten the columns in the relevant place, or should I define the basement curtains in the program at the relevant elevations and include them in the account, or should I go to the solution with the basement logic for this lower part and I have interesting plaque balconies, I am adding the exe of the project now. Thank you very much for the analysis, although there is no problem in the analysis (I have full-rigid analysis), when I want to have semi-rigid analysis, I get a warning that the analysis cannot be performed, perform geometry control, I do not like to stick to the program and there are situations that I am uncomfortable with, as I mentioned, this is the first time I have encountered such a problem. I would like to benefit from your experience, good work. I need it urgently!!!

Re: very urgent! Please help my experienced engineer brothers Hello, First of all, I am a friend who is not very experienced, let me state this. I cannot give a definite opinion about semi-rigid diaphragm-fully rigid diaphragm solutions. Based on what I know, your system (including your S04 column) doesn't seem to be struggling. The geometry of the whole is really bad, but I think that the difference between the km and rm of the system is not very abnormal, and even better for such a geometry :) On the other hand, the ground is safety tension. Your value, your floor class is very good, I think you have even been a bit generous in column dimensions for a floor+1 building. Again, in light of what I know, I would prefer to design the K9 beam as 25/50. Regarding the sub-basement curtains, I think that after leaving a gap of 3 cm between these curtains and the system carrier elements, it would be okay if you do not include them in the system and add them later with a drawing and take the SBP level differently in the entrance hall. Of course, I don't know how healthy it is for the entrance hall to be at the -0.40 level, but I guess this is not about you. Forgive my arrogance to answer, I wanted to help as much as I know and try myself a little... If I'm wrong, I hope our more experienced brothers will correct us both as you said. Take it easy, good luck.

Re: very urgent! Please help my experienced engineer brothers Two-storey structure, frames are formed. It's not that disorganized.

Re: very urgent! Please help my experienced engineer brothers your ideas and opinions are very valuable to me, thank you for your answers.

Re: very urgent! Please help my experienced engineer brothers Hello, The raft slab borders seem to be wrong in the project. Some of the columns S1-S9-S15-S16-S28 remained outside the raft. Raft boundaries can be defined as in the example. When the ground floor ribbed floors are reconstructed in the project, analysis can be made according to the semi-rigid diaphragm option. Good work

Re: very urgent! Please help my experienced engineer brothers thank you, I am correcting my raft borders immediately, I will define a basement curtain in this structure that does not have a basement, should I define these basement curtains in the ide and include them in the static calculation, or is it enough for me to show myself with drawings and write the accessories during the project correction phase? If I do it this way, would it be correct to increase the compaction lengths of my columns, starting from the foundation, up to the basement level)? There are many different comments on this subject, they confused me a little.
