Vehicle Maintenance Station

We will dig a hole in one of the compartments at the bus terminal where the maintenance of buses etc. is done so that the officer can work there. The dimensions are not very large, the depth and width will be 1m, and the length will be 3m. Would it be sufficient to return with a 30cm curtain or should I consider the surcharge load arising from the weight of the bus (18ton) and make it as a retaining wall? I would be very happy if you could provide sample project assistance with your valuable advice.

You don't need to do it like a retaining wall, turn with the curtain and do the analysis if you want, increase the horizontal load on the curtains a little more. Here, about 1/4 of the axle load that will come from the vehicle comes in. The concrete you will make is already C25 concrete, nothing will happen to me, at least.

Thank you for your answer, saridurmus. Empty bus weight is about 18ton. The curtain area on which the load affects is 3m². Even if I use 9 tons of load on the right and left of the curtain without reducing it, my panel is horizontal load; Wouldn't it be 9ton/3m²= 3t/m²? If 3t/m² is my real value, do you think it would be wrong to take it around 5-7, leaving a risk margin? Although I entered 10 in the attached example, you suggested that I increase it a little more. When I enter 10t/m² and analyze, my ground stresses are min:-2; While small values such as max:+2, these values are min:-20 at 12t/m²; It varies quite high, like max:+25.
