tbdy 2018 wizard problem in demo version

After installing the demo version, I get an error when opening the TBDY 2018 analysis settings wizard from the Analysis settings. I'll be happy if you can help me
 
Hi, Perform the following steps. If you continue to have problems, call our Istanbul office and we will try to identify the problem by connecting to your computer with remote access. - Make sure the ideCAD installation is OK, you can try uninstalling and reinstalling the program. - Make Windows updates - Update Internet Explorer to the latest version (must be 11 Version) - If you are using antivirus adblocker style security software, deactivate them and try again. - If there are add-ons installed in Internet Explorer, disable the add-ons.
 
I updated explorer, disabled adblock, uninstalled and reinstalled the program, got the same error, does it affect being windows 7 (my update is full)
