Structures exceeding 40 meters in width

Greetings, As it is known, we need to take into account the effects of creep, shrinkage and temperature in buildings with a plan length exceeding 40 meters. There was a pdf at the time of İdecad 7, according to this pdf we could calculate the shrinkage as heat reduction and with a second method (I don't remember the second method). How can we get this pdf, or how can we calculate the effects of creep shrinkage and temperature? Thanks in advance for the answers
