Steel section definition ?

In a 5-storey building, there are steel beams on the top floor, I want to include the steel in the analysis, not the design. I define the material in the structure tree, I also define the steel pipe section, but I cannot find the section I defined and draw it to the structure! How can I draw the section I defined in the model??
