Reinforcement error

Hello, I can't draw the circular stairs, even though 16 reinforcements are not selected for the curtains in the project, can you help?
 
You can create the ladder in the upper right corner as in the attached project. Also, the other ladder is incorrectly formed. The arms of the ladder do not connect to each other. I suggest you to watch the videos in the links below about the creation of stairs. The 16 gauge reinforcement is torn reinforcement on the panels. Torn reinforcements are automatically selected as fi16 by the program.
