Raft foundation and reinforcement quantity problem

I would like to ask a few questions about the attached project. -Rat basically has insufficient reinforcement problem. I think the punching equipment is coming out too much. How can we prevent this? -My total reinforcement quantity is quite high. (I think it should normally be 27-28 kg, like 31kg per m2) How can we reduce the quantity? I will be glad if you can help. Hello, - Columns and slabs are working at minimum in the project. -The main reinforcements in raft flooring are also economical reinforcement axles for our design. It can be arranged so that it does not overlap the columns, as in the example. -In the Analysis Settings/Foundation Ground tab, the option to perform analysis can be selected by ticking the "Enlarge connection area" line for the raft foundation superstructure connection method. Note: Additional reinforcements in raft foundation are not punching reinforcements, but additional reinforcements that meet bending moments. For problem B in columns, the attached union.pdf document can be examined. Good work
