Raft basic reinforcement range

I can't keep the spacing of the raft foundation additional reinforcement at 10 cm. It drops to 4 cm. The municipality says to have a minimum of 10 cm, but it doesn't work.

In the selection of reinforcement, you have selected only 12 and 14 reinforcements for additional raft reinforcement. In a 13-storey building, in the 65 cm thick raft flooring, missing AS occurs because larger reinforcement diameter cannot be selected. If you want to increase the reinforcement spacing to 10 cm, you should increase the raft thickness and/or choose a larger diameter of the raft reinforcement. Note: It also seems that there are elements with incorrect floor level after the geometry check.

There is no difference between solving the raft foundation in parts and solving it in one piece. However, you do not need to divide the raft floors in your project. There are also columns with vertical continuity (only entered on the top floor) in your project.
