R coefficient in gear flooring

In the structure I designed, I chose the toothed flooring flooring type. I can't get R=5 because of my elevator curtain. Because it does not meet 75% of the total tipping moment. The program recommends that I get R=4. Do you think this is true? DTS=3 Hn= 9.2m
 
Hello, If the earthquake design class is DTS=3 and the building height class is BYS>= 7 in your project, the carrier system type A31 can be selected. you can check the link below.
