A 3-meter basement is envisaged for a 13.5-meter-long structure, but on a ground that has the risk of liquefaction, water starts to come out at 2.5 meters. There are also the rainy Mediterranean region province and serious sewage problems. The structure is adjacent, so if a basement is built, I am worried about water infiltration and water intake; Is there a definitive solution to this issue, should we cancel the basement depending on the situation? Obviously, we do not want to cancel the basement, but we want to take precautions against water; We are open to all kinds of ground improvement and static corrections in this regard, I am waiting for help and suggestions from friends who have an opinion on this subject.

crystallized admixture method into concrete is the definitive solution. The method of driving into concrete in new constructions and from negative in constructions with poured concrete is the definitive solution. if you think i can help.
