Quantity differences in idecad and sta4 project solutions

take it easy, in the attached project with ground + 4 floors, (formwork: 4938 m2, concrete: 1012 m3, reinforcement: 89 tons) values were found in the solution made by the static project author with the sta4 program. but I got values like (formwork: 4573 m2, concrete: 898 m3, reinforcement: 75 tons) in the solution with idecad. Isn't the difference of 14 tons especially in the quantity of reinforcements too much? It was said that with sta4, the raft is 60 cm and the beams are 25*60 cm as a minimum. Only I saw that the idecad raft was 53 cm and the beams were 25*50 cm in most places. I would like to ask you to examine the attached project and evaluate if there is a point I forgot or if there is any mistake. Thank you for your time in advance.
