PROJECT UPLOADING PROBLEM TO FORUM

GOOD WORK.. THERE IS A PROJECT I WANT TO UPLOAD TO THE FORUM AND GET YOUR VIEW.. THE SIZE IS 12 MB.. I TRIED TO UPLOAD WITH COMPRESSED WITH RAR AND WINZIP, IT IS NOT ENOUGH, IT IS NOT ENOUGH, THEY ARE DECREASE UP TO 8 MB. The project is loading in cde format, how should I do it? WHAT SHOULD I DO EMERGENCY HELP
 
To save your project in .cde format, you should use the Save with Compress option under the Project menu. However, if the size is large, you can upload it to any upload site and add the link to the message. For example
