project in unidentified format warning

I prepared the attached project about 1 year ago, now when I want to open it, I get the warning that the project is in an unidentified format. I tried to open it in the demo program with the thought that I might have saved it as a demo, and I experienced the same problem. I am a licensed idecad user. What is the reason for not opening this project?
