Since there are no perimeter curtains on the basement floor, it would be appropriate to enter the upper rigid basement floor number as -2. -R coefficient 4 is entered. If alphaS<= 0.75, R coefficient can be taken as 7 in systems with high ductility level curtains. -If the soil group is A,B,C, "Increase the soil safety stress when using earthquake loads" option can be selected when earthquake loads are used.
