Hi Ammer,

S.R.Perc means "static required percentage" calculated by design effects (S.R.Perc=AsCalculated/SectionArea). Negative means there is no need reinforment bars for this shearwall but please attach your project as well. let's see in your project if there is a problem for negative percentage calculating.

There is no problem with analysis model. you selected earthquake effects are as zero and only vertical loads exist in project. Like I wrote above, minimum design effects applied to shearwall section, there is no required reinforcement bars for shearwalls.
