Hello, First of all, in your project; -Upper rigid basement floor number should be entered as -3 for both blocks. -In the Shear and Column Properties/Performance Analysis tab, "Apply 7A.3(maximum axial force)" option can be selected. Note: In your project, general In case of analysis, it is seen that there are many cross-section and reinforcement deficiencies.
