Normal analysis safe Performance analysis failure

Good afternoon The system, which gives safe results in normal analysis, creates a crash situation in performance analysis. What is the reason. Can you help?

Hello there; I reviewed your project. First of all, I would like to give some information about Linear performance analysis. Although linear performance analysis is linear, it is an Evaluation and Design Based on Shapeshift (GDT) approach. For this reason, the horizontal load-bearing system and frames in the building become very important. Also, since this method is linear, the conditions in TBDY Chapter 15 are quite punitive. For this reason, even low-rise buildings are likely to collapse. When the performance analysis results are examined, it is understood that the columns move from their weak axes to the collapse zone for earthquakes in front of X and Y. For example, the following figure shows the results for the earthquake situation in the Y direction. As can be seen, the columns with the strong axis in the X direction are in the collapse region. The main reason for this is the insufficient placement of a column that can form a frame in the Y direction. In this case, it may be necessary to rearrange the carrier system and rotate the columns to meet the earthquakes in the X and Y directions. Best regards...
