modeling error

Good afternoon, dear ideforum members. There is a roof duplex in my attached project. I am designing a roof duplex for the first time. I do not want to build this duplex floor into masonry. I have trouble modeling reinforced concrete. I have done a lot of research and also tried many things. What I want is your suggestions on modeling, your views on the whole design and how I will do the analysis settings. There are deficiencies in loads (linear load), stairs, etc.. I will review it.
