library

Hello, you need to create a plan image of the model you created by modeling in ideRender or importing 3ds. After defining the 3D object and materials, you need to do the following operations in order. 1-You can create a 2D plan view of your 3D model by using the Create automatic plan command from the Change menu or the toolbar. 2-You can draw by using commands such as line, arc, or edit the automatically created plan in the Created Plan view. 3- By using the definition point command, you can draw the corner points that you will use while placing the object on the plan. 4- By using the border or automatic border command, you can make the scan clear when the library object is placed on a scan. The problem you mentioned is only related to the 1st and 2nd phases. Defining it in other stages will provide convenience in use. After editing your library in this way, save it as KTP2 again and the problem will be fixed. Good work.

In the file you added, the materials are not associated with the object. In ideCAD Render . Using the Select object surfaces command, you must select the surfaces and assign materials to these surfaces. Considering that the car model you sent is a detailed object with many polygons, it is a bit of a tedious job. It is possible to find many objects modeled with materials on the Internet. My recommendation is to use another 3ds model. Good work
