idecad pdf report generation error

Good day, I am using idecad licensed version. my problem is that there is no problem when saving my reports in txt and rpt formats in all the projects I have prepared, but when I save in pdf format, my pc gives an error saying ideCad rpt.exe has stopped working. I would appreciate if you could help me solve the problem. Note: I deleted the program and reinstalled it, I did all my windows updates, even though I installed the adobe program in its most powerful form, the problem did not go away.
 
Hi, The problem may be caused by the font. Change the font of Page Title, Subject Title, Subject subtitle, Table Title and table Information under the Font menu. Take Times New Roman for example. Try again. If the problem is not resolved, install version 8 of the team viewer program from
