hello, after formatting my computer, I reinstalled the programs. The 5.511 version opens but the 6.0101 version does not open, I reinstalled it. Why?

Cannot find dongle. There are two possibilities. 1. The driver may not be fully installed. Download the "Hasp driver for HL" file and install it on your computer. 2. If the problem is not resolved, it is possible that your lock is corrupted. You can send your lock for checking by contacting our Bursa office. Good work

I reinstalled the program 3 times, downloaded hasp hl, installed it, put the lock on my other computer, there is no problem, so the lock is solid. what is the problem i can't solve

Hasp driver is not fully installed on your new computer ... If there is a protective program such as a virus program, turn it off temporarily and try it.
