I Can't Get Construction Components Quantity

Hello. I am a new user of the program. The error in the picture occurs when I want to receive the building components report. Other quantity alternatives in the calculations menu are working. The ide rptx program is installed and working, but the error in the picture occurs in all four report options in the building components report tab. I would be glad if you help. Thanks
 
Hello, I think your problem will be solved when the file named Export.mdb in C:\Program Files\IdeCAD Architecture 5 Enterprise folder is deleted. If not resolved, you can send your project file to Technical Support. Good work
