How can I make Bored Pile for different types of floors?

I designed an 8-storey building on a ground with a ground safety stress of 0.88 kg/cm². However, I could not provide ground safety. I want to make a bored pile application. Soil information is respectively (fill, soft silt, silt stone). Solid ground (silt stone) is 7m below the surface. In this case, how can I transfer the building loads to the solid ground with bored piles? In this case, what should I get the ground safety stresses, the ground bearing coefficient? How will we effect the pile as friction pile and end pile. How can we calculate for different ground floor types.
